Getting started
Create a parent account, add a child, set their level and choose allowed subjects. Then open the learning app.
Sharing a child profile
Use the link code in the parent dashboard to connect another parent to the same child.
Plans and billing
A paying parent can view subscription details and open the billing portal in the dashboard. See pricing for plan information.
Privacy or account help
Choose “Privacy” or “Account” in the form. Include the email on your parent account so the team can find your request.
Send a support request
Your request is saved for the site administrators. Keep the reference number shown after submission.
